The mine-site consumables platform

What mining
runs on next.

Search by part number, equipment model, or plain language. Confirmed compatible against OEM documentation, with the source shown. Priced, delivered to site, one counterparty. Starting with the consumables every site buys constantly.

Built on site with the operators and procurement teams who buy this every shift.

Brand-neutral. Genuine OEM and quality aftermarket, cross-referenced by part number and verified to fit the brands your fleet already runs.

01The problem

The parts were never the problem. The process is.

A mine buys consumables the way it did in 1995. Calls to three distributors. Different answers on price and stock. A PDF quote two days later for a part needed Thursday. Materials and supplies run roughly a third of a mine's operating cost, and the process behind them still runs on phone calls and memory. When it fails, production stops.

01

Tell us what you need

Part number, equipment model, or plain language. A fleet list works too.

02

We resolve and source it

Confirmed compatible against OEM documentation, source shown. Priced, with lead time to your site.

03

One PO, delivered

STOPES is the seller of record. A wrong or incompatible part is our problem, not yours.

The sourcing desk is open now. The full platform is in beta with early accounts.

03What we source

Four launch categories, deep. Everything else on demand.

01

Lubricants and greases

Engine, hydraulic, transmission, and final drive. Matched to the machine and the interval, not just the spec sheet.

02

Filters

Fuel, oil, air, hydraulic, and cabin. The highest-frequency buy on site and the easiest one to get wrong.

03

PPE

Site-compliant personal protective equipment, stocked and reordered before the shortage.

04

Conveyor components

Idlers, rollers, belting, and cleaners. The parts that stop the plant when they wait on a quote.

Not on the list? Name it, and we source it.

04The terms
01

Verified fit

Compatibility confirmed against OEM documentation and cross-references. The grade and source shown on every match.

02

Confirmed in writing

Specifications, pricing, and lead times in writing before any commitment.

03

Seller of record

One counterparty, one PO, delivered to site. Wrong or incompatible equipment is our problem, not yours.

04

Brand-neutral

The right part across every OEM your fleet runs, not one maker's catalog.

05The platform

The platform behind the desk.

Search that resolves a part from the machine it fits. Compatibility graded and traced to OEM sources, never guessed. A planner that reads a fleet list and returns the consumables program behind it, parts, quantities, and intervals in one pass. In beta with early accounts now. Ask for access when you request a quote.

One plan procurement, operations, and finance each act on, in the language of the room: first fills, service intervals, source on request, and the sign-off the budget cycle needs.

06Where this is headed

Consumables first. Then everything a mine runs on.

Consumables are the entry because they are the one thing every site buys constantly. Every order deepens the record of what each machine runs and what it needs. That record grows into the platform a mine runs its buying on: wear parts, components, rebuild kits, and in time the new generation of equipment coming into mining. We started documenting that shift early. The field record is public.

08Questions
How does compatibility verification work?

Every match is confirmed against OEM documentation and cross-references, graded, and shown with its source. If we cannot verify a fit, we say so and confirm with the manufacturer before quoting. Nothing is guessed.

Who do we actually buy from?

STOPES. We are the seller of record: one PO to one vendor, delivered to site. If a part arrives wrong or incompatible, we replace it or refund it. No runaround.

Do you support purchase orders and net terms?

Yes. The workflow is quote-first with purchase orders, and net terms are available for verified mine-site accounts. The platform fits how mines already buy.

What does founding supplier mean?

Founding suppliers get placement against the OEM part numbers they cross to, zero listing fee, early access to demand data, and one onboarding that reaches every account on the platform as it grows.

What if the part is not in your categories?

Name it, and we source it. The four launch categories are where we go deep. The sourcing desk handles everything else on demand, from wherever it is stocked.

Is the platform live?

The sourcing desk is live now, and quotes move through it daily. The full platform, search that resolves parts from the machine and a planner that reads fleet lists, is in beta with early accounts. Ask for access when you request a quote.
